The armored boots reflect his desire to move freely, to explore even more. The jacket moves almost as if it had a mind of its own, as he himself acts hot-headed and instinctively. The belts show, not restraint, but security, as he is a brave individual.

[Chain] As this is not an offense weapon, it would be almost useless to use it to strike someone, as Eliyahu himself is poor in strength. Consequently, Eliyahu uses this chain, which might in some way resemble Kouhei's necklace, to restrain his foes and to defend himself.

★Skills★

[Bind] With the help of his chain, this alias restrains its foes by wrapping said chain around them, giving them a light squeeze before letting go at the end of his round.
[Recover] Used just in case a certain foe is tougher to get tired. He uses this ability to heal himself by 40% so he can take a few more hits. However, using this skill will make him blind during three rounds, and his Intel level drops to 0%, so it's pretty much a last resort move.

Kouhei is a fearless person. Nothing scares him, and he enjoys being the one not scared while everyone else shakes in horror. He takes advantage of this with the ladies, sometimes playing pranks on them so he can act like their shinny knight and protect them. Being someone hard to scare, he enjoys watching horror movies and reading horror books, as well as exploring all kind of abandoned places. He'd be the perfect guy to take with on a courage test, as long as he has someone to navigate for him, as his sense of direction is almost null. He always tends to be lucky enough to find an exit though.

Despite being immature, he's very honest about his feelings. When he likes someone, he says it, and the reverse will happen as well. Because he decides to be truthful to others, he expects people return the favor, which makes him somewhat gullible.

He's also very cheerful and enthusiastic about what he likes. He puts his heart and soul in everything he does, and will get upset when people don't give him enough credit for his job well done. Being like this, he enjoys flattering people and teasing, although being always very honest. Some would say he has a gift to see something in people that they didn't even know it was there.

Despite his age, Kouhei is very immature. He acts like a spoiled kid when things don't go his way, which makes him look somewhat aggressive. It's rather easy for him to get angry at someone, specially when lied to. Being the honest person that he is, he always expects people to be truthful, and will pull a tantrum if someone lies to him in any way. He'll believe anything until the contrary is proven.

He hates being wrong about something, and will stick to his opinion until the end. He's very determined and persistent, and will get into an heated argument, often acting hot headed. Being like this, makes him almost impossible to change his opinion about something, for example, if he doesn't like peas, then he will hardly ever like them.

Kouhei isn't someone to stay in one place without doing anything. Because of this, he hates waiting for someone, and if they arrive late, they might not find them there anymore as he will leave if he waits for more than five minutes.

Kouhei was born from an impossible but beautiful love between an half Italian woman and a Japanese man. The man was on a business trip to a lowly populated area when he met a beautiful lady with hazel hair and eyes. They instantly fell in love, and it didn't take long for the man to ask for the woman in marriage. They sealed the contract still in said town, and moved to the city right afterwards.

A couple of years passed through the young couple until the woman got the man's seed inside her, and after carrying it for almost nine months, Kouhei was born. He was named after his father, adding the prefix Kou (康), meaning "peace". But their lives after Kouhei's birth were anything but peaceful. They moved to Sugigawa because of his father's work as the city began growing economically, and he was getting busier and more absent from home. In one of this trips, there was a problem with his plane and it crashed, making almost no survivors.

Kouhei, be nice to your sister. Will you?

One year after Kouhei's father's death, his mother remarried to a friend and coworker of her former husband and had a little baby girl. They named her Meliyora, sticking with their mother's Italian heritage. Even if they were only one year apart, Kouhei never liked his little sister too much. He often pulled her hair or stole her toys. Their mother had a hard time raising the two kids alone since her new husband was as absent from home as the former.

As years passed by, the siblings' relationship wasn't getting any better. When Kouhei was eleven years old, he and Meliyora got into a harsh fight, which resulted in Meliyora running away into the streets and getting hit by a car. Blaming himself for his sister's condition, he didn't left her bedside at the hospital until she was fully recovered. He made a resolution to never have her in harm's way again.

As their relationship stabilized, Meliyora's father's work was getting tougher and he had to move away to the big city. Their mother, tired of being away from her husband decided to leave her teenage son and daughter in Sugigawa. They didn't seem very troubled with their mother's decision as they could handle themselves on their own just fine. Well, at least Meliyora could.

From that day forth, they began living by themselves in a house just a dozen minutes away from Seiko High. However, being the immature person that he is, Kouhei ended up failing his junior year, which he's repeating. Instead of seeing it as a bad thing, he's glad he's on the same grade as his sister, as he can copy her homework and use her notes.
